Passionflower is a plant that belongs to the Passifloraceae family and is commonly found in areas of Central America. It has sedative properties to help combat stress. Hawthorn has a cardiac regulating, coronary vasodilator, sedative and antispasmodic effect. Orange blossom is often indicated when insomnia is accompanied by nervousness, tachycardia and palpitations and venous insufficiency. Valerian contains active ingredients that help balance the nervous system, insomnia and tachycardia.
Take 3 capsules a day.
Per 3 capsules: Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., flowering tops) 750 mg. Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha L., flowering tops) 90 mg. Lemon verbena (Lippia tryphyllia Kuntze, leaf) 90 mg. Oats (Avena sativa L., flowering tops) 90 mg.
