Using earplugs is good for several reasons: it blocks excessive noise at bedtime, allows you to concentrate on your studies, prevents air or water from entering your ears.... for all these reasons, having earplugs on hand will never hurt you.
Interapothek foam pads are basically used as noise protection and are ideal for concentration sports, for working in noisy environments or for studying in a very concentrated way.
