Description

Dietary supplement that contributes to the maintenance of hair, skin and nails in normal conditions. 100% vegan. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of skin, nails and hair in normal conditions. Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of skin in normal conditions. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine. Vitamin B8 (Biotin) contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair. Cysteine is an amino acid that is part of the structures of the skin and nails.

Instructions for use

Take 1-2 capsules a day.

Composition

Per 1 capsule: D,L-Methionine.....100 mg Brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisae Meyer ex E. C. Hansen). L-Cystine............100 mg Dry extract of watercress (Lepidium sativum L.). Bamboo resin powder (75% organic silicon) Vitamins B1, B5, B6, B2, B8 and B12 Zinc oxide. Capsules: vegetable gelatin.

Pharmaceutical Advice

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
