Intimina KegelSmart™ 1pc is a comfortable instrument that helps to train the pelvic floor to strengthen and tone it. Thanks to a gradual vibration system, it increases the tension exerted on the muscles without fear of injury and improves strength in the intimate area.

1. Turn it on and insert it
2. Wait until you notice a series of 3 rapid vibrations that indicate the start of the routine
