Intimina KegelSmart™ 1pc is a comfortable instrument that helps to train the pelvic floor to strengthen and tone it. Thanks to a gradual vibration system, it increases the tension exerted on the muscles without fear of injury and improves strength in the intimate area.

Instructions for use

1. Turn it on and insert it

2. Wait until you notice a series of 3 rapid vibrations that indicate the start of the routine

3. Contraction/Relaxation: When you feel the vibration, it raises and contracts the pelvic floor muscles, holding the contraction. When the vibration stops, relax the muscles and rest. Continue this way for the rest of the routine;

4. A series of 3 quick vibrations will indicate that you have completed your workout and the device will automatically turn off.
