Intimina Laselle Kegel exerciser is placed naturally in the correct position and is easy, comfortable and discreet. Each exerciser contains an internal ball that in addition to offering resistance to strengthen the muscles emits a subtle vibration during the movement that helps you confirm that it is in the correct position.

Instructions for use

  • Insert the exerciser about 2 cm into the vagina. Use a water-based lubricant to make insertion easier.

  • Release the contraction.
  • Rest and relax for at least as long as you've been holding the contraction or as long as you need to before repeating the exercise.
  • You will increase the duration of the exercise routine as you progress and as you feel more comfortable.
