    Perfect for occasional use. I have lactose, fructose, fructans and sorbitol intolerance, and taking them I have no symptoms whatsoever. It's great because all the enzymes are in one tablet. For example, if I go out to eat, what I do is to take one just when they bring the dish and another one for dessert if they don't bring it often (if I know that the dessert will only have lactose or fructose, I take a specific pill, otherwise I use these).
