Brottrunk with organic apple, this drink is rich in lactic acid and lactobacteria, due to the fermentation of bread. It is obtained by lactic fermentation of organic wheat, oat and rye bread with pure spring water. It has a slightly acid taste and is mixed with juice to sweeten the flavour.
