Description

Intimina Kegel Routine Laselle 3ud are biocompatible silicone Kegel balls that help strengthen the pelvic floor. Equipped with 3 progressive weights (or trainers), they help to tone the pelvic floor muscles in a simple and safe way. Specifically, the three weights correspond to 28 grams, 38 grams and 48 grams each.

Kegel exercise balls are a great help in strengthening the flexibility of the pelvic muscles after pregnancy and childbirth. They also help prevent urinary incontinence and improve urinary incontinence in older people.

They can be used individually or in combination. In addition, an antibacterial bag is included for storage and a manual.

Instructions for use

It is recommended that you always wash your hands before and after each use with antibacterial or neutral soap.

Keeping the retraction cord out of the body, insert the pelvic exerciser into the vagina with a firm but gentle push, using a small amount of water-based lubricant for added comfort.
