Kneipp Valerian Classic 90 Dagrees is a food supplement made from valerian. Its natural composition helps to relax in case of temporary stress and promotes sleep.

Suitable in times of hard and stressful work, exams and nerves, this supplement provides serenity to make the day-to-day more relaxed and profitable.

Gluten-free. Contains lactose and sugars.

Instructions for use

Take 2 tablets 3 times (every 8 hours).

To help you sleep, take 2 tablets every half hour or 60 minutes. If necessary, take 2 more tablets in the afternoon.

Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children.
