It has the diuretic, depurative, antiseptic and antibacterial qualities of fresh garlic, but with a very different flavor: sweet, with spicy nuances and hints of licorice.

Exactly what I was looking for, organic peeled black garlic at a reasonable price. It's even better than the small jars where I personally find it too fresh. I've gotten into the habit of drying it a bit, with this jar, the garlic is just perfect. I've tested several brands and this is my favorite because it's not too sweet and it has that hint of acidity that suits me and my husband, more difficult with black garlic.
