Description

Natural and organic infusion, made from dried cassia leaves with a laxative effect. Also known as senna leaves, it aids in intestinal motility and helps to relieve constipation. It has properties that favour the elimination of toxins through waste liquids and faeces. It promotes good digestion and helps activate stomach enzymes that stimulate digestion. It has a pleasant natural flavour and scent.

Instructions for use

Infuse with water at 75º for 3 to 5 minutes.

To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.
