Handmade wholemeal biscuits made with wholemeal wheat flour and apple, with no added sugars and sweeteners (maltitol). It is a controlled product without egg, so they are suitable for a vegetarian and vegan diet and are ideal to eat as a snack or to accompany with some kind of vegetable milk or juices. They have 100% Biological and organic origin and green certificate of product from organic farming.
Whole wheat flour (52%), palm shortening, vegetable oil (sunflower, soya), sweetener maltitol* (13%), apple puree (4%) apple, cassava/tapioca starch, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), corn dextrin, raising agents (ammonium bicarbonate and sodium bicarbonate), emulsifier (soya lecithin), sweetener (acesulfame K) and flavourings.
