They are wholemeal macaroons made with khorasan kamut wheat flour. The Khorasan is an ancient wheat rich in minerals and B vitamins. Made with ingredients from organic farming. Nutritionally it is a food that only contains complex carbohydrates. It does not contain added sugars or salt. It provides dietary fibre and protein. Suitable for daily consumption. To be eaten to taste, with sauces, in salads or pasta. Penne riganti.

Instructions for use

Boil in plenty of water or broth for 6 to 8 minutes.
