Japanese Sencha green tea

Description

Japanese Sencha green tea, soft and very citrusy because of the lime. Sencha green tea is a bit different in taste to Gunpowder green tea, as it is not so astringent and bitter, but more vegetal and soft.

The properties of green tea are complemented by the properties of lime, which complement and reinforce those of green tea. It has the properties of all citrus fruits (antioxidant, diuretic, immunostimulant, etc.) and also acts as a liver detoxifier and relaxant. Because of its properties and its unique and refreshing taste, it is very common in the fashion world.

Instructions for use

Add one teaspoon, per 250ml of water, in a cup, teapot or infuser ball. Steep the tea, filter if necessary and drink hot or cold. Read the directions on the package before brewing. Water temperature, as well as steeping time, may vary according to the type of tea or infusion.

It is one of the most common ingredients in so-called "thermogenic" dietary supplements. Remember that they are an aid in weight management diets, but it is still essential to follow a low-calorie diet and a physically active lifestyle for them to be effective.

Some cosmetic products also incorporate green tea extract for its antioxidant properties and decongestive effect, particularly interesting in eye contour products for bags and dark circles.
