La Roche-Posay Pack Iso Urea Lait + Lipik Syndet AP+ is a set of two treatments, consisting of a relipidating body milk and a relipidating cleansing cream. La Roche-Posay Iso Urea Lait Lissant Apaisant 400ml is a moisturising milk specifically designed for very dry skin in adults or children experiencing excessive flaking. Its formula, highly concentrated in 5% urea, exfoliating agents, shea butter, and glycerin, promotes the elimination of cells, smoothing and softening rough areas and reducing the grainy appearance of the skin. La Roche-Posay Lipik Syndet AP+ 100ml is a relipidating cleansing cream formulated with active ingredients recognised for their ability to reform the skin's hydrolipidic film, which immediately soothes sensations of itching in the shower.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Urea is a very versatile ingredient in cosmetics. Depending on its concentration, it can serve different needs. In concentrations of up to 20%, it works as a deep moisturiser for cosmetic use and helps to treat flaky skin. In higher concentrations it works as an exfoliant. Its moisturising and penetrating power offers good results to treat severely dry skin, nails, scalp, calluses and other conditions, such as psoriasis or eczema.
