Vitamin complex indicated for women of menstrual age. Contains vitamin B6 and magnesium, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and regulate serotonin levels. It also contains chromium, which supports the maintenance of blood glucose levels, zinc and vitamin C for the immune system and iron to help replace menstrual losses. Vitamins D and K work for good bone health and proper blood clotting.
