Description

It is a supplement that provides amino acids in free form, which means that it is better digested. Amino acids are absorbed about 15 minutes after ingestion and reach the liver and other organs where other amino acids and proteins that we need for life are synthesized: enzymes, hormones, antibodies, neurotransmitters, collagen. It provides free and pure amino acids that do not require prior digestion and are more easily absorbed. Amino acids obtained by bacterial fermentation, i.e. of natural origin, not synthetic. Contributes to the normal functioning of muscles and the nervous system. It also improves the health of skin, cartilage, bones and blood vessels. It is beneficial for those who practice some kind of sport, as a recuperator.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Inositol is an organic compound from the polyol family that has pseudovitamin (Vitamin B8) properties. It is a component of the cell membranes and is especially present in the central nervous system and muscle tissue. It is fundamental for communication between cells. It is also involved in lipid metabolism. We should consume it through our diet because it is involved in normal mental function maintenance and other physiological processes related to fertility and thyroid function.

Rich sources of inositol include whole grains, nuts and legumes. As an ingredient in dietary supplements, it can support these functions, although there are no standardised recommendations on its use. Therefore, in the context of certain diseases or dysfunctions, it is advisable to get personalised advice from a healthcare professional when considering taking a supplement. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
