Description

The most common cause of constipation today is dietary factors, especially lack of fiber in the diet. Other times, constipation is related to different diseases that the person suffers from and is a frequent symptom in patients with diabetes and thyroid diseases.

Fibra Leo Plum is a food supplement indicated to combat constipation. Thanks to its formulation provides a greater amount of fiber to help you carry your rhythm with the greatest comfort.

Recommended as a supplement in low fiber diets and weight control diets for its low caloric intake.

Instructions for use

Take between 3-5 tablets before the three main meals with plenty of liquid.

Composition

PLUM, SWEETENER, CULTIVATED OAT FIBER, EXTRACT FIBER INULIN, FRUCTOSE, PEA, MICROCRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE, SILICON DIOXIDE, MAGNESIUM STEARATE, AROMA OF PLUM AND PRESERVATIVES.

Pharmaceutical Advice

To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.

Exercising regularly is also advisable. Fibre-rich food supplements or plant extracts can also provide additional support. On the other hand, laxative medications (oral or enemas/suppositories) can alleviate occasional constipation and provide fast relief. These medications are not suitable in certain situations.
