EPA omega 3, of marine origin, is integrated into cell membranes and contributes to joint comfort. The fish oil in Lero RHU capsules has a high natural concentration of this EPA fatty acid (60%). Vitamins B5 and B6 are involved in many of the metabolic reactions necessary to maintain the integrity of collagen tissue. Manganese and copper are necessary for the manufacture of the collagen present in cartilage. Zinc, selenium and vitamin E act synergistically to reduce the harmful effects of free radicals, which especially damage cartilage cells.
