I have a beginning of couperose with the changes of season and temperature in winter is accentuated. Since I have been using this serum and the cream it has reduced A LOT. I'm not so red and my skin is soothed. I recommend using it with more products as it does not provide intense hydration if you have very dry skin. The first few times I used it, my skin itched a bit (it was very sensitive and irritated) but now it doesn't anymore.
