Listerine Smart Rinse Red Berries 500ml is a mouthwash that helps protect teeth from the action of caries. In addition, its 40% fluoride content helps to strengthen teeth and reduce cavities. After brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth with 15ml of undiluted mouthwash. Rinse your mouth for at least one minute.

Use mouthwash after thoroughly brushing your teeth. Visit your dentist a couple of times a year to check for cavities and dentin degradation.
