Listerine Teeth and Gum Protection Mild Flavour 500ml is a mouthwash that helps reduce plaque and prevent gingivitis. It does not contain alcohol.

Instructions for use

  • After brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth with 15ml of undiluted mouthwash. Rinse your mouth for at least one minute.

  • Spit the solution into the sink.

  • For maximum efficiency, do not to rinse your mouth with water and avoid eating or drinking immediately after use.
