Choosing powder-free latex gloves, especially in healthcare environments, is more appropriate. This reduces the risk of allergic reactions and complications without compromising the characteristics of the glove.

Nitrile was developed as an alternative to latex to avoid the allergy issues that latex can cause in some people.
