Description

Lohmann Lomatuell H Tulle Gras is a non-adherent dressing with a cotton gauze support impregnated with petroleum jelly. It is indicated for:

  • Superficial wounds
  • Burns
  • Post-skin graft dressings
  • Dermatological treatments
  • Postoperative dressings in plastic surgery

The gauze with a large mesh promotes tissue oxygenation and prevents adherence to the wound. The amount of petroleum jelly allows for the application of other specific dressings for wound care.

It is sold in boxes of 10 units of size 10 x 10 cm.
