Dandruff, besides being a cause of annoying itching and irritation to the head, is also a cause of aesthetic concern for many people, because if it is not stopped it can damage the personal image of who suffers the problem.
For all these reasons, it is very important to find a good anti-dandruff shampoo that solves the problem, but without leaving your hair damaged and lifeless. Lotigen anti-dandruff shampoo is formulated with natural extracts such as tea tree oil or juniper, which help prevent scalp flaking but are not aggressive to the hair, and is therefore especially recommended for frequent use. Lotigen shampoo is not aggressive to hair, as it does not base its effectiveness on chemical products, but on natural products;
An anti-dandruff shampoo that also has conditioning properties, giving the hair not only cleanliness, but also shine and softness.
Moisten the hair and apply the necessary amount of product. Massage and leave for 3 minutes. Clarify and repeat the process. Use at least twice a week.

Seborrhoeic dermatitis is a skin condition that usually affects the scalp. It can also affect other oily areas of the body such as the face, sides of the nose, eyebrows, ears, eyelids and chest.
Persistent scaling with itching or discomfort usually occurs. Its formation is related to excessive activity of the sebaceous glands and alteration of the skin microbiome (overgrowth of fungi of the genus Malassezia). It can be aggravated by the effect of some medications.
Certain factors can trigger the appearance of seborrhoeic dermatitis, so it is advisable to keep them at bay or take preventive measures: stress, extreme temperatures, oily skin or skin with underlying acne, excessive alcohol consumption or obesity.
To improve seborrhoeic dermatitis, it is recommended to use non-irritating face soaps and/or shampoos with specific ingredients to counteract the problem (sebum-regulating, soothing, keratolytic, antipruritic, plant extracts with antiseptic and antifungal properties, etc.). In the case of shampoos, I recommend alternating their use with another very gentle and balancing cleanser. In a facial routine, as well as a specific facial cleanser, complete the treatment with an emulsion that includes some of the ingredients described above, and oil-free sunscreen. I recommend avoiding soaps that are too astringent, as well as cosmetics with too much of an oily phase, so as not to increase the sebum in the skin.
