Mouthpiece bought for bruxism. Too wide for my jaw. The thick inner part is rigid and does not fit my mouth. It pulls my teeth towards the front. Moreover, I can't keep my mouth closed. I tested it several times but quickly I have dental pain ++ preventing me from sleeping. Expensive and unusable!

je l'ai reçu il y a 4 jours, je m'y habitue petit à petit, ce n'est pas évident car j'ai une occlusion tres prononcée et une petite machoire, hier j'ai réussi à dormir quasiment toute la nuit avec. cela m'oblige à garder la machoire ouverte et donc ne plus crisper. Un peu imposant pour moi mais ça devrait aller. A voir dans le temps si cela joue sur l'alignement, j'aprécie de pouvoir machouiller et "travailler" un peu les dents
