Description

Constipation is a condition that can occur in one or both of these situations: fewer than three stools per week and hard, dry, small stools that are painful or difficult to pass. It also causes pain or swelling (feeling of fullness) in the abdomen, the area between the chest and the hips.

To combat constipation naturally and quickly, we can take Manasul Suave, which combines the effects of stimulating and mechanical laxative plants to regulate the gastrointestinal transit in an optimal way.

The infusions of Manasul Suave have a laxative effect thanks to the sen and mechanical effect of the fucus. Anthraquinone heterosides increase the elimination of water and electrolytes. The fucus mucilages in contact with water develop a viscous gel that increases the volume of the faeces and promotes peristalsis and the laxative effect appears approximately 8-12 hours after administration.

Instructions for use

Infusions are made by pouring boiling water into a cup, to which a filter is added. Let stand for several minutes. It can then be sweetened with sugar, artificial sweeteners or honey. It is recommended to drink 1-2 cups a day, one after breakfast and one after dinner.

Senna is a plant widely known for its laxative properties. It contains substances (sennosides), that are responsible for these properties. Dietary supplements containing senna extract can be used for occasional constipation. However, it is important to stress this occasional use: use for more than a week is not recommended without supervision from a healthcare professional.

This plant is not indicated in cases of inflammatory colon diseases or abdominal pain. If in doubt, it is best to consult a professional. Excessive use of this plant can cause intestinal mucosa irritation and/or a drop in potassium levels in the blood, that may have further effects on overall health. Use dietary supplements according to the product’s label and, in case of constipation, remember to include high-fibre foods in your diet, drink water and avoid a sedentary lifestyle.
