Grapefruit (Citrus paradisi) is a sour and refreshing citrus fruit that is an excellent source of vitamin C, antioxidants, and fibre. It helps to strengthen the immune system and promote digestive health and is low in calories, making it suitable for weight management diets.

In cosmetics, the fruit and leaf extract provide aromatherapeutic properties. The seed extract and essential oil contain antioxidants, which can help combat the effects of free radicals, responsible for premature ageing.
