Marnys® Propolvit is a dietary supplement that combines the benefits of royal jelly, propolis and echinacea to the immune system, making it an ideal supplement for periods when we have a low state of defenses.

Instructions for use

Take 1 or 2 vials before breakfast.

Composition

Deionized water, fructose, royal jelly (1000 mg), concentrated echinacea purpurea juice (150 mg), purified propolis (100 mg), vitamin c (20 mg - 25% cdr), aroma and preservative.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Vitamin C or ascorbic acid is one of the most important nutrients in our diet. It boosts the immune system, promotes the absorption of iron from food and is necessary for the growth, development and repair of all skin tissues.

Vitamin C’s antioxidant effect neutralises the free radicals that are responsible for oxidative stress in the skin, delays the signs of aging, stimulates collagen production, promotes wound healing and supports cartilage, bones and teeth maintenance.

For me it is quite complete and convenient to be liquid and in single doses, it does not taste very good but I throw it in a little juice and you can take it perfectly.
