Description

Star anise essential oil 100% natural origin, mainly from southern China and Vietnam. It is obtained by steam distillation and has not been mixed with other oils, which ensures its properties. Its color and appearance is colorless tending to pale yellow and its flavor is aniseed with a very sweet aroma, which favors the food flavor. It is ideal for all kinds of pastry recipes.
