I had bought another nipple box of another brand that cost me twice as much as this one of "Medela". They have nothing to do with it. Medela's is really good. It fits my breast and nipple better. The silicone is also a little harder and so it protects my nipple better, which is why I started using a liner. In addition, the price is very good: in the pharmacy next door, the same nipple box is worth twice as much.
