It is made up of essential fatty acids, especially linoleic, gamma and oleic. It contributes to the relief of symptoms associated with premenstrual syndrome, bloating and helps regulate the hormonal system. It favours joint and circulatory well-being, brain function and contributes to keep the skin in good condition thanks to vitamin E.
Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Take 1 to 2 capsules per day.
