The Mepore Mepilex Lite Est dressing is a thin foam product that absorbs exudate and keeps the wound in a moist environment. Thanks to its Safetac layer, it adapts to the edges of the wound, preventing exudate leaks onto the surrounding skin and reducing the risk of maceration. It can be trimmed to fit different shapes and positions of wounds.
