Meridol's soft toothbrush, a product designed for the care and sanitising of the oral cavity, helps to gently clean and remove plaque while reducing gum inflammation. The product contains textured threads and plastic handle with rubber grip.
Wet the toothbrush and add a small quantity of toothpaste.
Place the toothbrush forming a 45° angle with the gums and brush gently in a circular motion.
Brushing time should be a minimum of 2 minutes, on all surfaces of the teeth.
Brush the tongue to kill bacteria and to maintain a fresh breath or use a tongue cleaner.
Rinse your mouth.
To maintain good oral hygiene, you should brush your teeth with a fluoride toothpaste two to three times a day, once in the evening. At least 2 minutes should be spent to ensure proper cleaning. You can supplement your oral hygiene routine using a tongue cleaner, an interdental brush and a mouthwash to reach the less accessible corners.
The toothbrush bristles wear over time, so it is advisable to change the brush every 3 months or sooner if there is obvious deterioration. Remember that if the end of the bristles is very deteriorated, it may not provide optimal cleaning and may cause micro trauma to your gums.
Go for regular check-ups with your dentist to ensure good oral health and hygiene.

Perfect toothbrush for fragile gums.
THOMAS C.
It's been more than 10 years that I've been trying to find a toothbrush that suits my dental and gum sensitivity while cleaning perfectly (even the small corners, under the crowns for example), now I buy one more in a pharmacy, which does not try anything has nothing, and miracle! But this pharmacy does not distribute the brand Meridol anymore.
