Description

Biological lotus root powder, especially known for soothing coughs and helping to eliminate phlegm. It is also widely used by asthmatics, because by contracting the bronchi allows them to breathe. Its effect is almost immediate. Among its properties and benefits are that it contains properties such as strengthening cardiac function, blood pressure regulation, prevention of bleeding, improved digestion and energy intake, among others. Instructions for use

It is recommended to drink a cup of lotus every day to strengthen a weak constitution and thus strengthen the resistance. To prepare it, just boil two teaspoons of lotus in a cup of water for about five minutes. Lotus can also be applied as a poultice to remove mucus from the sinuses by mixing three parts of lotus mimasa, two parts of wheat flour and one part of ginger mimasa powder, to which a little water is added. The resulting thick paste should be applied to the forehead, especially above the eyebrows. By means of a bandage, this application should be left overnight for about 15 days.
