Made from organic non-GMO soy, wheat, water, sea salt, and koji seed.

Suitable for seasoning foods and/or meals.

Instructions for use

  • Use as a dressing for vegetables, seaweed, salads, cereals, etc.

  • It can also be used for preparing vegetable soups and in the cooking and dressing of meats and fish.
