A. Vogel Molkosan Fruit 200ml is a treatment based on lactic acid that favors the digestive system, helping to balance the bacterial flora.
It is also useful to prevent and attenuate occasional constipation. As external use, it can help to disinfect itching, fungus or vaginal candida. It is also useful in cases of eczema.
*Gluten and lactose free formula.
Drink 2 tablespoons (20ml) every day in a glass of water, tea or fruit juice. It is best taken in the morning, before meals, but can also be taken during the day. It can also be applied undiluted for external use.
Swiss whey, deproteinized, concentrated and fermented, rich in dextrogium lactic acid L(+); fruit juice concentrate (aronia, pomegranate) 26%, calcium lactate, natural flavoring, potassium citrate, malic acid, steviol glycoside.
To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.
Exercising regularly is also advisable. Fibre-rich food supplements or plant extracts can also provide additional support. On the other hand, laxative medications (oral or enemas/suppositories) can alleviate occasional constipation and provide fast relief. These medications are not suitable in certain situations.
