Description

Product for kinesiological therapy bandage, which helps to stabilise the muscles and allow a better balance in the movement.

This product consists of five (5) meters of pink kinesiology tape, ideal for athletes. The tape supports the muscle and compacts the limb without impeding its movement.

It is made of an elastic and fir treem material, which allows the correct blood flow once the tape is in place and fastened. In addition, the contact with the skin is given with the least possible irritation.

Instructions for use

- Apply to the affected muscle in stretching, bandage from the origin of the muscle to its insertion. Once applied, rub the bandage to activate the pressure-sensitive adhesive.

It can be applied in three general ways or techniques.

- I' shape: use for small or linear sites (the lesser rhomboid or the lesser round).

- Y' shape: use on large muscles, such as the deltoid.

- X' shape: use for large, long muscles, such as the biceps femoris.
