It is a natural heather honey ideal to combine with light dairy products, fresh cheeses, yoghurts, soft desserts such as fruit, biscuits or cookies, or to use to sweeten any type of food as a substitute for common sugar.

Heather honey is collected by bees in areas where the heather flower dominates. Its colour is dark brown and it has an intense aroma.

It is thicker than traditional honey, with a mixture of sweet, bitter and salty flavours.
