Therapeutic sock extra large size (47-50). Classic line sock, especially indicated for diabetic foot care, fungus, excessive sweating, bad odour, prevention of blisters and chafing, and treatment of eczema. Special care and protection of the foot in conditions of high demand and physical effort. Double density and cushioning in the areas of greatest friction, greater moisture absorption capacity. Great adaptability avoiding hyperpressure in delicate or risky areas and seamless design: prevents and avoids chafing. Non-compressive sock, especially to avoid compromising the patient's venous return. Designed to provide the garment with the lowest possible level of chafing and pressure points.

Seamless construction: prevents and avoids excess friction in critical areas where the foot suffers the most. Its high breathability and hydrophilic inner capacity provides a physiological sensation of comfort by absorbing moisture 50% more than conventional cotton garments, transporting it to the outside of the sock. Its meticulous knitting system enhances its comfort and makes it extremely soft to the touch, giving it great performance and greater durability.
