Description

Dietary supplement in the form of soluble powders, made with ingredients that, without being laxatives, irritants or purgatives, favour fecal evacuation. It contains inulin, psyllium seeds and wild mallow extracts that help increase fecal mass and promote peristaltic bowel movement. The formula is completed with magnesium, which attracts fluids and softens stool, as well as tryptophan, dandelion and fennel that regulate bowel function.

Pharmaceutical Advice

To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.

Exercising regularly is also advisable. Fibre-rich food supplements or plant extracts can also provide additional support. On the other hand, laxative medications (oral or enemas/suppositories) can alleviate occasional constipation and provide fast relief. These medications are not suitable in certain situations.
