Description

My Cosmetik's basil essential oil is mainly extracted from its flowers.

Basil is very rich in a molecule called Carvicol ME which gives it its therapeutic uses.

Thanks to its antispasmodic action, it contributes mainly to the improvement of muscle contractions, cramps, aerophagia, cramps, headaches and menstrual cramps.

Very indicated as an aid in hepatic congestions or affections and very used as a liver depurative.

It contains a powerful anti-inflammatory action and thus relieves joint, muscle, gastric and intestinal pain.

At the emotional level is indicated for times that require great concentration, such as exams, as it promotes attention span and memory.

It can also help to reduce mental fatigue and nervous tension.
