Description

Satiating shake of berries and yogurt with sugars (Agave), indicated as a meal replacement to help control weight. It is accompanied with semi-skimmed milk for example.

Contains milk. Does not contain lactose.

Instructions for use

Add three tablespoons (50g approximately) to a large glass of semi-skimmed milk (250ml).

-Stir until dissolved and serve immediately.

Do not boil. Keep in a cool, dry place.

Vitamin B12, also known as cobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin that is very important for protein metabolism. It also helps in the formation of red blood cells and contributes to the maintenance of the central nervous system. It also plays an essential role in maintaining normal nerve function and in the production of DNA.
