How to use Nasivin menthol fresh nasal solution

Insert the nozzle of the spray into the nostril, apply the spray and breathe lightly. Pour 1 or 2 times into each nostril;

Menthol is a compound extracted from plants such as peppermint (Mentha x Piperita) and can also be manufactured synthetically.
