It contains 4 strains dosed at 12 billion per capsule: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus, and Bifidobacterium lactis.

Designed to improve intestinal health and digestion.

For ages 12 and up.

Instructions for use

1 capsule a day, to be swallowed with a large glass of water, 30 minutes before breakfast.

Dietary supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Keep out of reach of children.

Storage should be in a dry place and protected from light.

Not recommended for immunocompromised individuals or those with a venous catheter.
