Description

Castor oil is recommended for skin care (eyelashes, eyebrows, dry and lifeless hair, soft and brittle nails). Recommended as a nourishing and regenerating product for very dry, brittle, frizzy hair with split ends, this oil also promotes the growth of eyelashes, eyebrows, and hair. It also strengthens nails. HAIR CARE: Apply to dry hair, gently massage. Leave on for 20 minutes under a warm towel before washing with shampoo. For a manicure: massage on nail tips, paying special attention to the edges. DERMATOLOGICALLY TESTED.

Castor oil comes from the seeds of the castor plant (Ricinus communis) and is widely used as an ingredient in cosmetics. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties provided by its very rich fatty acid and vitamin E content. It offers several possibilities for use, especially for skin and hair care. It is the base of cosmetic formulations such as lipsticks and nourishing serums to maintain the healthy growth of eyelashes and eyebrows. In hair care products, it moisturises, protects and repairs dry and damaged hair.

Applied as a pure oil and topically, it deeply nourishes the skin, as well as brittle nails and cuticles. It is purely plant-based (and has nothing to do with a substance used in the past, which was extracted from the secretions of the beaver). Avoid applying pure oil to sensitive areas such as eyes and mucous membranes.
