Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Take one tablespoon on an empty stomach 20 minutes before a meal, preferably in the morning, under your tongue. Allow the royal jelly to dissolve slowly.
