Comfrey, also known as donkey ear, is one of the most traditionally used medicinal plants. It helps relieve muscle pain, stimulates the natural production of collagen and protects cells against oxidative stress, thanks to its healing, antioxidant and regenerative properties.
Boil 1 dessert spoon of plant per cup of water for 2-5 minutes, steep for a few minutes, strain and drink.
