Keratin supplement for hair and nails

Description

Dietary supplement with Keratin that helps to have a healthy, strong and smooth hair, thanks to its compound of biotin, zinc and copper. Keratin is an essential supplement to strengthen hair and nails, since 90% of hair is made up of keratin. It is a product suitable for vegans and does not contain soy, gluten, sugar, lactose, preservatives or artificial colouring.

Instructions for use

Take 2 capsules a day with meals.

Composition

Per 2 capsules: Keratin Cynatine HNS (500 mg), Gelatin (Bovine), Dicalcium Phosphate, Maltodextrin, Ash, Zinc (Zinc Oxide), Niacin, Pantothenic Acid (Calcium d-Pantothenate), Resveratrol (from Polygonum cuspidatum) Root Extract (10 mg), Silicon Dioxide, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Copper (Copper Gluconate), Grape Seed Extract (Vitis vinifera) (10 mg), Colour (Titanium Dioxide), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Biotin (d-Biotin).

Pharmaceutical Advice

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
